Klára is a solicitor in the firm’s construction, engineering and infrastructure group.
She advises on a broad range of contentious construction and professional negligence matters, acting for contractors, consultants, insurers and other construction professionals. Her work regularly involves technically complex disputes arising from structural defects, design issues and remedial works.
Klára has experience acting for both claimants and defendants and is familiar with litigation in the Technology and Construction Court and other forums, as well as alternative dispute resolution processes. She works closely with technical experts and counsel, and is regularly involved in managing expert evidence, procedural strategy and detailed correspondence in high value disputes.
Recent matters include acting for a consultant defendant in defence of a £50m multi party claim relating to a major project in London.
Klára trained and qualified with the firm, where she developed a strong grounding in construction disputes and professional liability work, alongside a practical and commercially focused approach to complex litigation.
